Yessss I had way too much fun with this.
This started out as a sketch of a creature-ified B-4 howitzer (I really really love those for some reason, 203mm of BEEG BOOM plus it has tracks how can I NOT like it??) and then it kinda evolved into this whole emblem thing. :’D
If anyone is wondering, the aerosaur at the top is based on a Polikarpov Po-2.
I always kinda figured biplane aerosaurs would be really weird yet cool to watch fly - they don’t really flap their wings because they have engines to pull themselves through the air, but the wings can bend and twist for better aerial control, much more so than their fully mechanical counterpart. The bottom wing set would be the ones doing all the moving around (since those have the wing roots (and therefore, “wing-arms”) mounted to the fuselage so you can have mechanical musculature anchored there,) which in turn pulls the top set of wings, so the movements are mirrored.
Crazy and scary! I love it!
Those monster-machine combinations blends so well together.
Awesome as always
