Funny enough, what took me most of the time to draw, was her dress O WO

I wanted to do some kind of holographic color, but in the end I'm not sure if it's possible to notice it...

I had tooons of fun with the water and background, it was relaxing and fun!

The "water flowers" was a last minute idea, and I think it's quite nice??

I do think there's things that could be improved, but as usual, I can always do better on a next time!
So I want to kindly ask to not critique this one, no need to point out what is wrong, I can see it i wi)
