So a very generous person, who I've never met, but my mom knows, decided to give me a used Canon A630. For Free. Sweet! No, its not a DLSR. No, its not as good as my current camera. BUT! It DID come with a lense adapter, tube, thingy....yea... Anywho, it also came with a .45x wide angle lens(which can be split so that only a macro lense will be left), a FL-D filter (its orange), and a Polarizer filter! So, I am not dead...yet.. I submitted one of my photographs to a thing called The Capitol Art Exhibit. To my surprise, it was accepted. I was kinda stoked about it, cuz I was gonna meet some state senator and have my work up on exhibition (Never hurts to put something link that on a resume). After battling through ATL traffic, we finally got there, only to find that someone else's name card was on my photo. We told one of the people there and they said that they were told to put that name there, and they didnt know where mine was.
