I like this very much Elizabeth Osborne, but I would like to see a few more middle-tone shadows and darks. The right side of the side board is great, as are the flowers. I'd suggest catching the painting up to those two areas. Does this make sense?

I might have that name incorrect T, it is the Scottish watercolorist whom we both love. I believe you have a print of hers in your home over there, hanging somewhere.

Elizabeth Blackadder. Printer and watercolourist. Royal Academician. I am influenced by her stuff.

Yes that's her name, she's the best. Is she still alive?

Winston Oh and Lucy Willis are in an exhibition together in October in the Cotswolds.

She's still alive. She's Scottish and there's a gallery in Edinburgh, I think, there dealing in her prints.

Yes, the vase looks wimpy compared with the solid mahogany antique sideboard.
