i just had to try this so i found a corner between wall and cupboard and gave it a go i didnt do so bad well i did it but only for 10seconds........

yeah its really difficult but the pain and impossiblity of the pose really depends on how wide the area is and how much you stetch before and how flexable you are and long you stay that way ... i think thats it ... oh and how determined you are to do it. good luck
