Description
This dragon represents February in my birthstone collection. February's birthstone is amethyst, so this dragon holds a purple rhinestone gem. Her body is a bright, translucent purple, and she sports a purple-to-white gradient on her paws and tail, reminiscent of the color transitions found in amethyst. Her accents are a darker purple with some slight translucency - this dragon looks amazing when held up to the light!
If she looks familiar, that's because she's based on the amethyst dragon I made on commission a few months ago. That dragon was actually what inspired the making of this series in the first place! I really love the colors on this, but then, purple is my favorite color. :]
