I didn't, it's a specialty paper called: "Amate Bark Paper" It's handmade in Mexico, and you can buy it at Cheap Joe's Art Stuff on line. It comes 22" X 30" and I cut it in half or in fourths. I use transparent, and opaque watercolor, but not too wet. It will buckle if you get it too wet. You can also use charcoal, and pastels on it. It's a slightly fragile paper, but in some ways durable and tough once you learn how to work on it.
