One week ago we opened the Secret Santa Sign ups on the Hourglass Discord server. As of today we're extending the invitation to participants to our DA group too! (Sorry it's a week late here, I've been a bit busy)The rules for the event are as per usual. If you sign up you will be asked to make a drawing or story as a gift for another member. You will be privately messaged the users information, as well as some basic info provided by them to help guide you on making a gift for them. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO CONTACT THE MEMBER UNLESS IT IS TO DELIVER THE GIFT! You can't ask them exactly what they want, you have to make something from the heart based on your assessments from the provided information. The gift must be delivered by December 25th, or January 1st with an apology for being late if you're behind schedule. We ask that all drawings at the least be in color, but it doesn't have to be shaded. Any written works need to be at least 2,500 words, but more is welcome. The goal is to make

Our homepage just got a spruce up! I wasn't ware the UI changed, so things looked a bit...empty. Now it should be a lot more full and fun to look at. Please enjoy the new look! We know a lot of you are still interested in joining the server! Please give us a fresh comment on this post if you're still interested so we can keep our official server wait list up to date. Please understand we have to keep things restricted to being invited by people already on board, because of what happened. At least three servers including ours were affected, and it's clear there are people that want to hurt the community out there. So if you want to get in, but you're struggling some, know we see you and we are trying to find new ways to verify your account to go alongside the current friend of a friend system. Thank you for your patience as we continue to get things more opened up and rolling again.

We want to thank everyone again for all the support getting the server up and running again! We are currently at 45 users and growing. We have had a lot of interest from users in our journals. Some we have easily been able to get in the door via friends on the inside, but some we have struggled to find friends already onboard willing to count as their invite vouching for them. Therefor we have opted to create a waitlist for server entry. Due to the private nature of the server we see need to verify everyone is on the up and up and apologize if this causes any amount of frustration in joining. The waitlist is openly available to all members of the server so if you have a friend that has joined that can say "Yes, I know them, they are cool" we can get things moving sooner. If you have not heard from us at this point with a link of access to the server you are likely on the wait list. We're just being super careful with who comes in. It does not mean you can't come in, it just means it
