This is based on Escalation Arc #6143 in the video game City of Heroes made by *Shag49931 where you have to face a villain called Escalation [link] La Femme Punisher is a level 38 Technology Blaster. When I made it to the last mission, I faced a 8ft tall Escalation and was beaten with two hits. I'm definitely bring a team with me next time I face escalation.
