It's a pity for the quality, because the colors are stunning and the wolf's sight very intense. I will use it anyway for a painting

I agree... the lighting was really poor that day so I had to use a high ISO and slow shutter speed. But the wolf was only a about 8 feet from me so I really wanted a close up of his eyes. I have a much nicer camera now so maybe if I'm lucky I'll get an opportunity to 'recreate' this shot, lol.

Oh, I have a great camera now! My mother got it for me as a college graduation gift. I'm just hoping to be able to go see these wolves again and see if I can get another closeup of this one... he has the prettiest eyes!
