   TERMS OF SERVICE: You will be receiving a digital product. By paying the invoice sent to you, you agree to not force a chargeback after the art is digitally delivered to you.  Payment is required upfront via PayPal. Refunds will not be given due to changed minds, customer needing money, etc. A refund may be given under dire circumstances such as the artist (“Hon3ypumpkin”) having a personal or business related emergency that results in no longer being capable of delivering the paid work in a timely manner. All commissions will have a discussed timeframe. All timeframes are within PayPal’s buyer protection. Rush fees may be added if art if needed within a specific timeframe requested by the client. You may not use any art you receive in commercial or retail use unless fees are otherwise discussed. Custom designs/adopts may only be sold for what it was purchased for unless additional art/worth is added. Designs by “Hon3ypumpkin” are prohibited in commercial/retail use unless
