Ok nothing too original here. My dad had been using the same huge-and-horrible cards for about 20 years (and I can't believe I hadn't even seen them!) and I thought anything would be better than that.
Speaking quite fluent english here in the Costa del Sol (south of Spain) allows you to get lots of british patients
(I really don't know where the backgrounds came from, I had them downloaded in my hard drive and can't remember, if someone recognises them let me know so that I can give full credit and all that...)
