I have a problem with Skyrim in that I make so many characters but do not play them extensively (save a select few). But I did recently return to my Dunmer Dovahkiin Laeylafey Oudiina, who is pictured here inside Fort Dawnguard wearing Chitin Armor.
The Ghost of Herself - Part 1Le fantôme d'elle-même
The Ghost of Herself
It was nighttime in the Commonwealth. On a dark road walked four figures, their path dimly illuminated by the green light of a Pip-Boy. Fritz Malcolm, the Sole Survivor of Vault 111 led the group with laser rifle in hand. Behind him were his two companions and friends, Nick Valentine, Diamond City's synth detective, and Curie, Vault 81's robot medic-turned-synth. At Chase's heels was his faithful canine companion Dogmeat.
"How's she doing back there, Nick?" asked Fritz.
"Fine for now, but she's definitely been better," replied Nick, Curie's arm around him and her head resting on his shoulder. "How much further do we have?"
"Not much...wait! There it is!"
Nick looked towards where Fritz was pointing. In the distance, he could see the red glow of neon lights.
"The old truck stop?" Nick questioned.
"Yeah," replied Fritz. "I've kinda been making it my own little settlement, y'know?

A lone spaceship sailed through suborbital space, hundreds of miles over the cosmopolitan city surface of the planet Ehc’sapse. The sun glinted off of the worn dark metal hull that was emblazoned with blue and white markings. The vessel’s engine pulsed with a gleaming violet light that guided it across the inky black backdrop of space. This ship in particular was a Hornet-class security cruiser, used by the Elite Security Force to maintain peace throughout the nine planets of the United Colonies. The ship was a shape quite different from any spacecraft that the Pure Humans would have made in the past, as it was the result of a mixture of Human and Xarelehl technology. Its aft end formed its bulk. There the living quarters, engine room, and cargo bay were located. A gyroscope responsible for stabilization and steering in the airless vacuum of space was situated on the ship’s long,
Metroid: Lodestar - Chapter 2Chapter 2
"This is Samus Aran. I thought I'd start keeping a log here because...well, honestly I wouldn't have much to do besides talk to myself.
I have no idea where I am. I don't remember how I got here. I don't remember where I was when I sent my last communication.
I'm...stranded, long story short. The planet is definitely able to sustain human life, but as far as I know, I'm alone here. I've activated my subspace beacon, and I hope someone finds it.
A drop of rain fell on Samus' head. She looked up and saw the dark clouds directly above her. The storm's here, she thought. She had finished setting up her shelter underneath the boughs of a large tree and being a curtain of long vines that hung from the branches down to the ground. The weather would not permit herself to make a fire. The lack of it conflicted Samus. While it would fend off the cold for the night, it might also attract attention from some of the

Samus Aran awakened, and found herself lying down on her back on a soft grassy floor, dazed. She saw the blue sky above her and noticed gray clouds rolling in from the left of her vision. A storm must be coming, she thought. But then she noticed thicker black clouds billowing upwards to the sky. These were paired with an unpleasant smell. Samus turned her head towards the scent to see before her the smoldering wreckage of her Gunship.
"Oh," she muttered. "Right."
She quickly got up on her feet only to feel a light-headed rush. Samus put a hand to her forehead as she regained her bearings. Upon, removal of her hand, Samus saw the red stain of her blood on her fingertips.
Noticing that her ship was no longer aflame, she climbed through a large crack in the hull to get supplies. Sparks of electricity flashed from exposed wires in the smoke-filled interior as Samus coughed into her arm protecting h

A cool autumn breeze blew across the grassy plains of Whiterun Hold. A female Altmer, Dragonborn Kaaritelle Maleacar, walked over the rolling hills clad in gleaming moonstone with a steel blade sheathed at her hip and accompanied by her loyal Nord housecarl Lydia. The two had just dispatched a group of bandits in their hideout and were now traveling towards the small town of Rorikstead, watching the skies and being wary that the wide open ground made them perfect candidates for a dragon encounter.
As they began to climb up a gradual slope, they heard a commotion at the top of the hill. The two drew their weapons and ran up the hill to discover a patrol of Thalmor Justiciars locked in combat with a pair of Stormcloak soldiers near an ancient stone pillar.
A gout of magical fire blazed from Kaaritelle's palm and enveloped one of the Stormcloaks in searing flames. With a few slashes of her sword, she quickly downed the soldier. Kaari
