Thank you!  The skirt I used already had some glittery sequins on it - but I had to add some "real" stars, too.

Beautiful use of the original portrait. I love the stars through her dress, and the astrological map in the sky. The stark colors reveal themselves more and more as I look. Great work!
This reminds me of the story in Sinead O'Connor's "Jackie" :
