this is amazing, I really like the selection of fonts and different languages you used to make up the figures. Such a wonderful re imagining of a powerful paper. Also such a unique background

I tore out pages from a whole lot of old books and junkmail to get the right colors - my work table was a complete mess, but the cats enjoyed it.

i really like it, it also cuts down on my desire to read the text used. Though I do know you used some Japanese text etc.

what is art without making a complete mess. at least with your work you don't have to clean it off a person when you are done.

Very intresting composition... it seems like the Madonna was built from scratch with shreds of paper, is that it? Amazing work anyway. XD

I used the original portrait as a guide, but built it up from paper scraps.
I was inspired by ~patbremer, but I found that this kind of collage is much more difficult than it looks!
