In December 2023, a major health problem happened to me. Following covid, I became asthmatic, with regular attacks and permanent treatment. This December 20, 2023, I did not feel in good shape. The crisis arrived without warning, strong, very strong. I called for help, then it was a black hole. I woke up days later in intensive care at the hospital. The doctors told me that I had suffered a cardiac arrest in the arms of the emergency services. I remained lifeless for 4 minutes. Now, 1 year later, everything is fine, no more asthma attacks, the causes have been eliminated, the lost inspiration has also returned.
