Maria Transformation

Sometimes I forget that my character is literally a magical girl with a transformation sequence. It was surprisingly hard to convey a transformation in one image. hopefully it came out well.

guest appearance from 's Vex since she kinda has to beat his team to go to the next round.

I'm also trying to get better with backgrounds. Not doing comics this time around means I have less drawings to do which makes it really hard to pretend like I didn't have the time to add the backgrounds. (expect to see the same section of arena stands a lot though because I drew it and I'll be using it every time gosh darn it!)
