I like the soft colors you used for this picture, as well as the shading. I think the thing that strikes me about this drawing is Al's eyes. I'm so used to seeing them depicted as big, wide, and innocent; it's a nice change to see them NOT looking like round saucers. The expression on his face is very sweet, too. Wonder what's making him look out so fondly?
