The president of the province of Ceará in Brazil, Sátiro de Oliveira Dias, officially abolished slavery March 25th 1884.
The 10th July 1884, Teodureto Carlos de Faria Souto abolished slavery in the province of Amazonas.
So if we're going by subdivisions you might include those as well
