I was wondering if I could get a half-decent General Pepper, found the LoRA made a kinda nice set of furry dog jowls, and somehow ended up here. Is this technically Gen. Pepper rule 63, even though the coloration is a little different? That's probably been done before... right?

Regardless, I felt it looked nice so cleaned it up. The more rough-stroked style comes in part from the 'long snout' LoRA, which while intended for snoots also has a strong style influence I don't dislike.
