[C] Studious

Finished commission for KarmasKitsune of his OC studying a thundercloud  I'm so sorry it took this long, I really hope the final product is worth it!

Had a ton of fun working on this one, there's a lot of firsts in it for me: colored outlines, new brushes, and paint-like techniques.  Partially streamed.  Enjoy!
