Friends Together

The last time I created a custom poster for thumbnail purposes was over 6 years ago! And while I was "chuffed" with it at the time, if I'm going to be honest with myself here: my thumbnail artworks were always "b-rate" and never got the attention or effort that my proper posters got, even at the time the aforementioned previous thumbnail artwork was created! So this time I treated this piece as if it was an actual piece of fan-artwork I would make!

This is the artwork version of the poster I created as a thumbnail - the only difference being the camera angle which allows me to have this piece better fit into my current design style I have for thumbnails on my secondary channel.

The only thing I'm not entirely happy with is the floor as I could not for the life of me get phong to work with the floor texture at the time of making this artwork, meaning any light that would shine on it would not look right... So that's why there is no 'indirect' lighting from the TV on floor... While this issue means it is not a "great" poster, I'm still happy on how this came out considering it's only meant to be a thumbnail!
