Snowy Fluttershy Cottage

Preview of what I'm working on for Calpain's December Draw-Off Event. I wasn't planning on doing a preview but I thought this sketch with just the basic snow rendered (stupid word) looked rather nice.

Fluttershy's cottage... wow, I never quite noticed just how much stuff she has around it. That said, I've simplified a lot of the drawing by putting snow on stuff...
Whole new level of appreciation for the people who work on the show. I already thought pretty highly of 'em but still.

For my entry I'm basically pony-fying the 12 days of Christmas. I've already downgraded my initial idea though due to getting bored of drawing ponies in chicken costumes. Also the later stages like "12 lords leeping" were starting to cause me problems due to sheer numbers.
Ironically, I hadn't planned the background to be complex... then I had the idea of using Fluttershy's cottage.
