One of the few stories from the classic era not to be published as a TARGET novelisation - if it had perhaps the cover may have looked something like this! With thanks to fresian-cat for the new, much improved layout and logo!
You, sir, are AMAZING!
This is fantastic If you like doing stuff like this then you may like this pack of stock: antediluvianwhovian.deviantart… - it contains premade layouts, logos and all the correct fonts for the fronts, backs AND spines of many of the different Target variations as well as things like the Virgin MA and NA ranges and the BBC PDAs and EDAs
Many thanks, I was completely oblivious to this, very kind of you to point me in the right direction!
Amazing! You should do one for Shada!
A Brilliant Cover for a very brilliant Episode!
Many thanks Daryl, praise indeed! Been ultra-aware of your contributions to DWM (et al) over the yearsand was particularly cool to be featured in those Storybooks together; hope all's well!
Thanks. Likewise, the storybooks featured some fantastic art and had a quality above most modern annuals. Having said that I wasn't happy with some of the images I did but over all it was great thing to be involved with. Great shame the storybooks are a thing of the past, I'd love to still be doing Dr Who art.
Well those deadlines were incredibly tight but your art always seemed to be of a very high quality, lord knows we put in the hours to defeat the odds! Trying myself to make inroads in the WHO art arena though it seems quite tough these days, but hey, we made our mark (you moreso of course). Wishing you all the very best for 2014!
A true classic.
Very striking. And you do good Tom!
Many thanks, Tom did good Doctor too!
Love it! Now if there was only a novelization to go with it!
Indeed! Doubt my writing skills are up to it - Douglas's would have been amazing I'm sure. Any takers?!
Great work, Andy!
