Okay guys... My little note book got some viruses... like 43 I think... GAH! I think my sister got a hold of it... Anyway, Until that gets fixed I wont be on much... My sister is always on the one I am on now, and I wont ask for it cause I dont want to to get more pissy with me then she already is... *sigh*So yeah... I really hate this...

:star: Physical Therapy :star:So I found out what was wrong with my knees...
My knee caps are moving the wrong what when I walk ext. So my right knee cap goes right and my left goes left. So I have to get my inner leg mussels stronger so it pulls on my knee caps...
They are supost to stay up and down not turn... so yeah...But I like the Therapist... I dont remember her name, but she is really cool. My bestfriends sister goes there to so it pretty cool.This means I get out of doing squats, stair laps, jumping, or "bounding" activites.I get to go every wendsday I think.... So i had to get a rubber ball to strangthen my legs, and a jump rope ...
