Why on earth is this happening?
A. DeviantArt can't afford to have more staff. The Core membership is a way for them to fund DA, but most people use it for free.
Things DA could try:
1. Make comments on the user's page require approval from the User; or they expire
( ie,. like a correspondence - requesting submission of a piece to a Group;). - people targeted by Spammers, wouldn't have to clean up hundreds of unwanted posts.
2. Allow Users to set a filter, blocking all deviants who just joined
( 1 day ago; up to a month) - That alone would end this guy's disruptive effect across the community. If it took him a month, to get a sock pup
I encourage anyone targeted by hate propaganda to not waste time reading their trite, rants.
There is a common variety of 'Keyboard warrior' that ostensibly visit guro-galleries, under the pretext of gathering evidence to conduct mediocre social-media witch-hunts.
They download it, look at it, and afterward direct pejorative declarations of disgust at the artists who created it.
Rather than 'own' their diverse viewing interests, these pansies (from their pc), find satisfaction in sabotaging anonymous gallery 'profiles'; whom they've plagiarized, stalked, illegally spammed, impersonated, slandered, directed hate speech at.
