Wow! That must be the work of water, although it reminds me of carved wood more than sandy rock. Very well composed/framed.

It's actually a hunk of larval granite that, when formed had gas bubbles inside and exploded.

Not sure I like the halo to the left but another minor issue - another great photo overall. Any info on how the rock formed? I'm guessing it was tides, but there may be other factors of interest.

They were formed in the post-Cambrian period. Due to the shift away from the mainland, the island hit a limestone shelf pushing the granite rocks to the surface. Over time the rocks were exposed from the weathering of their encasing limestone. If you look at them on google maps at -36.048144, 136.756949 you can see the stark difference of landscape.
