This is really well done, and I love the concept with the butterflies! I also like the way you've drawn her face - and especially the eyes - and the hair!
The thing you could improve the most on is the anatomy. First - use reference photos! I know this isn't a human, but they will still give you a good indication of prepositions. Right now her neck is a bit too thick, her arm a bit too long and her hand looks a bit strange to me.
Also, her black scarf stands out a bit too well - it steal attention from the rest of the piece. I would either darken some other areas - some really dark shadows will do just fine - or find a lighter color for the scarf.
But all in all, this is really well done! Continue like this!
