I drew the impossible, I drew (even more of) Rapture.
As promised, here is Fort Frolic! You might find that the architecture doesn't exactly match up in all areas but all the key areas are there, except for the little area at the back of the Atrium with a few shops and the toilets, since that seriously didn't co operate with the architecture. I also added the interiors of all the businesses, including the Seahorse bar. Enjoy.

This is based on a plan of Rapture found on a Wiki which had been drawn with everything needed for a functioning city such as utility areas, rooms behind blocked doors and a transport network, so I owe credit to whoever painstakingly created this.
