Brilliant. When I look at the original compared to the effect, it's just mind blowing. It feels so mystical and fantastical. I love the colours, it really shows a bittersweet feeling as the title suggests: summertime sadness. The light really pops in all of these photos, especially the trees and the rose. However, in the first image of the field; the lighting makes the focal point a little bit blurry. Other than that, this is an awesome effect and it's free. Definitely a must-download for the digital/artsy kind of people. Well done, I'll definitely keep this in mind when I take more photographs~

Wow! This is an effect I NEVER would have figured out! I love how it gives this vibrant, yet soft effect to whatever you use on it. It literally reminds me of a summer sunset type of feel. And depending on the scene, even misty. Did I mention how I absolutely love this? I honestly would love to see a tutorial on how you make them, to help others experiment with effects of their own. Your effects are just so beautiful, a tutorial is hard to pass up. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about the effects!! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="=D" title="=D (Big Grin)"/> Good job!

well, yeah, when i first saw the rose image and compared it to the processed version, i prefer the original. its not about the filter, its just that i've seen too many unnatural images and artificial scenes.. i'm just thirsty for some untouched nature and beauty found in everyday life. but both have their charms. the enchanced version looks kind of otherworldy and that can be good too. and thats what this filter is ment for anyway, enchancement. its a good effect but its needless for me to say that : )

and i've also got my monitor custom set to achieve natural yellow/pink/orange so i'm probably seeing things a bit different then what computers normaly display and that could be the reason why i find the normal rose so beautyfull.

as i said, this is not about the effect.. its more of an observation. this same enchanced rose can look better as a part of a bigger image, there are many ways this effect can be used on, its upto artist that uses it and the observer of the work what they'll like.. filter itself is interesting and i'm found of colorfull things.
