hiya!! I just wanted to make a lil journal with some stuff and things....
Uhh I feel really awkward saying this haha. but I'm not going to be running an advent this year! it's a real shame bc i've been very excited about the ten-year anniversary (i literally planned this in like year 7 LOL) but i don't think i can pull it off this year. i try to avoid talking about my personal life on here since that would be probably annoying and kind of a bummer LOL but in short, my stress meter is kinda maxed out due to IRL things and has been for a few Years now and I can't really keep ignoring that. i'd much rather just delay the advent for next year than have the work be low-quality and/or late because I crashed and burned or something while trying to keep a strict and demanding schedule. so, i'm sorry! but next year will have to be the big to-do...! thank you to everyone who has supported me and my event over the years, you are truly appreciated! ^^
(THAT BEING SAID i do have some adopt ideas that didn't make it into the calendar due to being unsuitable for the format sooooo if all goes well then perhaps i will have some normal flatsale one-offs for the season >:3 !!)
okay another reason i don't like to talk about my IRL situation is bc i think it (understandably) makes any commissioners feel worried about if their order will be completed XD but rest assured, to those i still owe work, it is getting done! I've always had slow turnaround times so I guess this is pretty normal huh... but thank you for your patience! i never rush commissions (or raffle prizes!), quality always comes first, i just have to take a lot more breaks lately

in general i have been busy (and also trying to not spend too much time Online) and i also kinda fell into a side job by accident haha.... so, i apologize for any slowness in getting back to things or any things i have missed. you can always pester me if i haven't replied but i am trying to make a point of sweeping through unanswered things now and then to make sure i get to everything. starting tomorrow i will be out of town for a little while but after that back to normal(ish)....! but please expect delays in general while i focus on recovery.

It's been a while, and I've been working on things in the background--I've got a shiny new site update, with a new commission menu! You can expect a round of comm slots on Saturday, April 12th EST (that's tomorrow!).
I've also posted up a new little journal entry for the season! It'll be back to the Scatterstar grindset after this, but I'm hoping to work on an update to the portal area of my site next ;^)
Anyway, I hope you're doing well! I'm stiiiiill fucking sick AGAIN but I'm getting things done which is what counts I guess. do you have any plans for the turning season?
