Happy Faun Friday! :3
There are so many holidays throughout the year that people celebrate by doing things that take effort. Running, swimming, taking down Christmas trees, and yelling "fudge" at cobras (yes, that's actually a thing: every-day-is-special.blogspot.… ). Wouldn't it be nice to have a day to be lazy and do nothing? Today's your chance!
Here's a new Plusle and Minun photo!
Also, I wanted to announce that I am selling these costumes starting at only $40 each!
Here's the link if you (or anyone you know) might be interested:rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-532…
Surprise! It has been far too long since my last pokemon gijinka costume, so I decided to do something new.
....and yes, you are seeing double.

Time for another Faun Friday picture. :3
I'm really happy with how our makeup came out! It still amazes me how much contouring and a bit of face paint can change your appearance.

Due to my schedule, I cannot reply to the majority of the comments I receive. But I just want you guys to know that I appreciate and read EVERY single one of them. And that my lack of response on here is not to disrespect you in any way. Thank you for your support.
The first con that I attended was AWA '96. I cosplayed as 'Devil Hunter Yohko' and had a wonderful time! By '98 I was competing in masquerades at Master level, & was extremely fortunate to work as a booth model for several companies. In 2000 the CEO of SyCoNet Productions asked me to be the company's spokesmodel, which was AWESOME!!! I met Jason (my husband) at DragonCon '00. He had been working in the American Comics field for several years, and encouraged me to pursue a career as a colorist. I took time-off from cosplay to concentrate on my career and family life, but still attended conventions regularly as an artist. Years passed, and I thought that I was done with cosplay. Then an old friend asked me to break out some of my costumes for NDK '07. I agreed, and before I knew it, I was hooked again!
Currently I live in CO with my husband Jason, and our son Jathen. At conventions, you can usually find me at the MartinArt Studio booth selling art prints and other goodies.
