I'd move guy with cross a bit more to the right to give more space (and as a result a better accent) on a gun and to better align cross guy's line of sight with the victim. IMO of course.

Other than that this work is spectacular, quality of execution is beyond imagination, with shadow/light/highlight work close to perfection! And color work is amazing too!
