After a longgggggggggggggggggggggggg hiatus from DA and drawing in general, felt the urge to put something new out. It took a couple of weeks of drawing/inking/coloring on breaks and lunch time at work, but I finally finished up my first batch of 5 chibi characters... DC Comic ones none-the-less! If you've seen my earlier work, you know I'm a diehard Marvel fan, rarely covering anything DC related. But to be honest, haven't followed any comics in such a long time... so my upcoming stuff will have a kinder, gentler slant to the DC Universe! Keeping fingers crossed, hoping to post twice a month. Like the tag lines says, it's been awhile since I've invested anytime into my artistic endeavors or DA itself. Call it what you will... work, women or just lack of interest in drawing, all have pulled me away from what use to be a passion for me. Now I'm not giving up the job or women, that's a given! lol! But, I've re-discovered the simple satisfaction of producing something with pencil & paper. Find myself doodling a lot more on my breaks at work and damn if it doesn't feel good! Well, it's been a bit since I've posted anything here on DA, and I apologize to all my watchers eagerly awaiting new chibiverse stuff from me. But my new job has been keeping me quite busy, leaving me no time to draw. But vacation is just around the corner for me + normal working hours for the rest of the summer, so new stuff is coming soon!!! Been on a Hellboy kick of late, re-reading all the TPB's, novels and such, so expect to see some new stuff in relation to Big Red!
