WMP12 Library backround switch

A simple application what allow to change WMP12 library background without registry editing. Close your WMP, pick a new bg and press apply button. Then start WMP again. Application loads images directly from WMPLOC.DLL, so if you have a reshacked version, images must be shown correctly.
