Went to see the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra perform the Doctor Who Spectacular. Oh My God it was so good!!!! There were Cybermen and Daleks and everything. Mark Sheppard was a great host. I'm so glad something like this came to Melbourne, and didn't stay tucked away in London. All the good stuff seems to be in London *is jealous* But anyway Murray Gold you are a LEGEND =)

Went to see Love Never Dies the other night, my main want being to see the stagecraft, and I was not disappointed. It was amazing!! There was a roller coaster and a merry-go-round! =D And the costumes were equally awesome, as was the music. I guess the plot was a little weak, and the characters were rather different than in the original musical (some more than others, which wasn't always a bad thing), but overall I was quite satisfied with the performance. I am curious as to how the Melbourne version differed from the London version. Listening to the CD, a few scenes have been cut, but otherwise the plot seems the same?

and i just can't hide it!!! I totally won a gold medal today at the state fencing comp =DDDD =D =D I'm rather pleased with this =D <3
