Resident Evil Cleon: The Road Not Taken

Cleon (Claire x Leon) is my second favorite Resident Evil ship after Cleve (Claire x Steve), but I see it as a more tragic ship, full of missed chances and what-ifs. This piece was hugely inspired by how Resident Evil Infinite Darkness ended (they're even wearing the same clothes from the series) as well as three different Taylor Swift songs (Tis The Damn Season, Stay, and I Look Through People's Windows).

Here are the lyrics in case you can't read my handwriting. The blue words are for Leon, the red are for Claire, and black is for both of them:

Leon: (The heart I know I'm breaking is my own.) I'm afflicted by the not knowing.

Claire: (Does it feel alright to not know me?)

Leon: I'm addicted to the "if only". What if your eyes looked up and met mine one more time?

Claire: The more I think about it now, the less I know. All I know is that you drove us off the road. Let me remind you, this is what you wanted. You ended it. You were all I wanted. But not like this.

Both: And the road not taken looks real good now.
