It's a Derpy Day

March is supposed to come in like a Lion and go out like a Lamb, but these recent years the winter weather is all pretty random and strange.  What with Derpy Day 2018 coming on the first of the month, I like to think that's because a certain cross-eyed pegasus drew the weather assignment, and she just doesn't know what went wrong.  (It's a much more charming and less depressing explanation than the scientific consensus.)

Just a simple image to celebrate that fan-favorite of background mares on her special day!  I love the progression of this character on the show and how she came to be... I still take her every appearance as an affectionate nod to the fandom, and I always enjoy seeing her pop up in the merchandising as well.
