Five Star Accommodations

A little something that was originally intended to be a fanfic illustration (and Christmas present).  Things didn't quite work out.  Still, I promised I would upload a version of it way back when I first sketched it out.

Every now and then I like to remind myself of the lessons from season one, and I think it all came together quite nicely in the season finale of that first year:  Often, whatever life may bring your way doesn't define your experience nearly so much as the company you keep.  So don't stop looking, don't stop sharing, and don't stop connecting with others.  Hard as it may be, keep yourself open...  You never know when you might find that very special connection you need in the last place you'd expect.

Be honest and generous, loyal and kind.  Laugh as much as you're able.  Be comforting, and try to make the experience of this life a better one for those you meet, as well as those you never will.  

May you have a Happy New Year, and may 2016 bring more and more experiences that qualify as the Best Night Ever.
