My Bio
Hi everyone! I just did my first live stream on Twitch last night! You can see it here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/297475028 I also made a sped up version with music on youtube here: If you like my work, please feel free to support me at my Patreon ...

Hey, fellow artists: 2 questions: 1. Can anyone recommend an affordable display tablet, like a Cintiq? 2. Any recommendations for good free beginner animation software? Thanks for any help!

Just a friendly reminder that I have a Patreon, if you'd like to support my art. You can get involved for as little as $1 a month, and see the strips before anyone else. $3 also gives you access to my pencils and inks, $5 a monthly sketch card, and $ ...

No problem. I hope I have as many strips under my belt as you someday.

Having a lot of strips is essentially nothing to be proud of.  All it takes is a delusion that one needs to keep going, despite all indications that one rightly shouldn't.  It's more pathological than anything else.

Well, it's still impressive :) I'd probably have a larger audience if I hadn't taken such a long break a year ago.

Some people argue with me on this, but I stick by it. I believe the Golden Rule of webcomics is this: update regularly.  I mean, being a worthwhile read helps too, but interest in your work tanks terribly when you disappear for periods of time.  It's SO tempting because you have no boss cracking the whip on your webcomic, demanding a comic by Friday or whatever, but if you can at all manage a regular updating schedule, do so.

I've been going since 2011 as a webcomic, and I missed one weekly update early on, when my basement flooded.  Other than that, I've updated every week.  And by and large, I've watched my readership steadily (albeit very gradually) increase.

So yeah, avoidance of long breaks is (in my opinion) a very good thing.  Sadly not always avoidable, though.
