She wasn't born into royalty, but she's been raised among alicorns and nobles. That opens up a lot of emotional depth of self-doubt in her. Though she's naturally curious and kind, she often hides her insecurities behind a bold front. She's got a tendency to get annoyed or irritated easily, her arrogance is more defense than ego and her quick temper sometimes pushes others away. She wants to be patient and wise like Twilight but she's afraid she would never live up to that legacy. 

Heyy! I know this is sudden, but my friends and I are rewriting FMNE'S lore, so please bear with me.

Personal opinion though— FMNE did need a full change. The first time I planned things, I was 12 (and kinda dumb, for real), so the plan now is to give itca real purpose.
