- Take regular breaks and stretch. Set a timer if necessary.
- Make sure you eat and drink enough while you're working. You can have water nearby and put healthy snacks within reach.
- Go to bed on time, instead of pulling an all-nighter to finish a drawing. (Trust me, all-nighters wreak havoc on your system).
- Stay healthy!

hmm, maybe it is only me. I usually drink it if I'm up at an early time for any reason. It's soothing without being yucky coffee. Chocolate milk would have been my next choice though. Surely other people do that!!!
