10/22/14- Some bloodline foals will now be activity checked until they are ranked a specific rank in the WD or TS (I will tell you what rank that is upon adoption). This goes for adoptions AND breedings! The list of people who do not need to take part in activity checks are not immune to this rule.

9/10/14- As of now, after you purchase a design of mine, the horses reference is due in a week! No longer a month.

6/5/14- I have decided to change the rules a bit, hopefully making y'all a bit more happy Instead of needing to draw the horse 5 times before I stop doing activity checks on it, I changed it to 3 drawings. Now, after you draw the horse (yourself) 3 times, I will no longer preform activity checks on it.

5/25/14- Some of you might hate me for this, some of you might love me for this. I have decided that my best friends should get special privileges over random people and people that I am not super close with. So, to reward my friends for being, well, my friends.. and for sticking through with me, I have decided that the designs they buy from me will not be included in ANY activity checks. 
The horse may still be reclaimed if you don't post the reference within the deadline given 
After the reff is posted, I wont reclaim the design from you for inactivity. I would still like to know when its drawn so I can +Fav, though <3
If the design is not drawn within a year, I will send you a gentle nudge to see if you still want it.
My other rules still apply! Do not resell without permission, etc, etc.

I have decided to change something about my activity checks: After you draw the design for the <s>5th</s> 3rd time (including its reference, if it is a new image by you), I will no longer check it in the design checks. Therefore, I will not take it away if you are inactive with it after the <s>5th</s> 3rd complete image you draw of it (so no cluster drawing on the same page will count towards this- cluster drawings will count as 1 drawing towards this. Otherwise, they have to be separate, complete images- full body or head shot). However, if the design is not drawn in a substantially long time (for example, a year), I will give you a kind nudge to make sure you are still interested in the design. 

My rules are always as follows, and certain Adoptions may have additional rules that will be posted on the Deviation:
To bid on Auction Sales, reply to the highest bidder. All other comments will be hidden.
The highest bidder by the deadline wins. I have the right to not give up the horse if I don't think the amount is good enough.
Only bid if you have the points please. If you don't have the points, the design will go to the runner up. 
The design shown can be the design of the horse on either side. For example, just because all these markings are on the right side of the horse here, that doesn't mean that you cant make it the same on the left or simply make this side be whats on the right instead.
The breed, gender, personality is your choice, unless stated otherwise.

GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE DESIGN!! Linking back to the adoption page to show the original design would be nice, too. To give me credit put:

-if you dont know how to do that, you put :dev angry-horse-for-life: without the space. Proper credit is a MUST. Tagging me in the reff page as credit will also notify me, so you do not have to send me a link to the reference since I will be notified.
Draw the horses reference within a week (I will tell you your deadline) Again, you MUST credit me properly for the design on the Deviation!
Must have WBS prefix if designed by me, unless otherwise stated.
I am entitled to free breedings to the horse upon request. 
The horse MUST be registered in HARPG-The-WD if its a western horse, or Thoroughbred-Society if it is a Thoroughbred, and HARPGs-Best-Foals if it is a foal. Please keep your design active, but I do understand that one horse can't be your entire priority. I just love to see my designs active~
Horses are to be kept active. I will be checking once every 3 months to make sure the design is being drawn (see activity check below) until 3 images are drawn by you of the design.

ALWAYS ask my permission before re-selling the design. I may want it back, but if I dont, then I will allow you to re-sell it.
I will reclaim the horse without a refund if I feel you arent following any of my rules.
