Other: Daiquiri came to us through Wildcat Stables daisydukedandie.deviantart.com… trained for basic Western skills. We had noticed that several other stables had their eyes on her but were indecisive, so in a heartbeat we snatched her up. And what a catch! This mare has short strong legs with a deep barrel, thick neck and large rump. She is built stocky, and is a slow easy-goer, with very high intelligence. She is thoughtful with each step, as well as being naturally curious, inquisitive, explorative, and brave. She isn't afraid to call it quits if she gets overworked, though - she will pin her ears and firmly stand her ground, not budging an inch until her rider dismounts and gives her a break.

HANDLERS NOTES

"She has her grouchy moments, but will work for a fair amount of time until she gets to that stage. After that, dont expect much from her, she'll just shut down. Keep her attention or she will get board easy, but dont push her too much unless you want her to start refusing. She gets sore easy, so short work outs or long, easy ones are best to avoid this on her. She is a good ranch horse, nonetheless, and we plan on showing her after some more training." Kayla Simpson
