Other: Purchased as a 2YO, Burr has always been easy going and not very complicated to handle. He knows how he likes to run and wont be manipulated easy. He is comfortable around other horses and tends to stay out of trouble. Can go a good 1 1/2 miles at a steady pace, but preforms best at 2 mile runs. Burr likes to go for a while at a nice steady pace, and is more of a stamina horse than a fast one. His comfortable positions are Pack Runner and Closer. He was known to be lazy out of the gate, often leaning back on it. After retiring from flat racing, we retrained him for Cross Country.
