The sound of crashing waves. The smell of salty seawater. The feeling of being cold from the wind blowing over wet and soggy clothes while the tropical hot sun beat down as Orion finally began to stir.
The seven year-old boy creaked his eyes open… and found himself looking up at an orange face with grayish-green eyes.
“Whah!” Orion was startled and rolled away before sitting up to see, much to his shock, “A… a Dragonite?”
It was indeed a Dragonite, a large orange-skinned Dragon-type Pokémon, with a small horn on its head, antennae over its eyes, a pair of wings with teal interiors, a thick tail, and despite its overall size and appearance, its face was actually cute and friendly, albeit looking concerned at Orion, who then noticed this Dragonite was not alone.
