I think this style would really lend itself to a Blanka or Akuma. Of coarse if you really want a challenge i would say Vega or Cammy

OMG!XD It gives me a strange feeling!XD I would say " it's cute" but then.. looking at all those hairs I think " but looks rude too" ( don't know why, but beard and hairs gives me that feeling)
It's confusing!XD But looks amazing, totally!XD
