yeah I never liked too many live action kids shows of my era except suite life, drake and josh, and icarly (although icarly's after my time really).
nowadays I just watch reality shows, HGTV, A&E, Discovery, History, etc. I never got into these long-running big ticket dramas everyone talks about like weeds, sopranos, breaking bad, walking dead etc.
It's this little rectangular box-shaped device that converts digital TV transmission for analog TVs to display, for those who don't want to spend loads of money on a digital TV, cable, or the like. Because of the government switching analog over to digital a couple of years back, analog TVs are otherwise useless and show nothing but white noise unless a converter box is hooked up, but the good thing is it works and still allows local TV for free that I had always received before in analog. Now hopefully the government doesn't end up taking away free TV, too, since some of the channels have been advertising petitions to keep it free.
It's a cable network. We have our phone and internet through them too. The main reason I like it better is because there are less interruptions when watching TV. When we had DirecTV, the satellite would go out every time it rained or was even cloudy outside.
I go with Comcast even though where I live have Cox. Where I used to live before I had both Comcast and DirecTV, and I prefer Comcast (Xfinity) because DirecTV didn't have certain channels I liked (such as G4 especially for E3!). Netflix though is the best especially since it has anime.
