Plum Blossom Clip in kimono silk.

I made this for a friend of mine who graduated last year~ she was very sweet and requested this tiny plum blossom made of kimono silk. It's a charming design, I think, and just the right size to wear whenever you like.

The center pinks are the same as this one:

Plum blossoms are lovely for the new year, and actually broom in early spring. They are some of my absolute favorite flowers.

Isn't it interesting how different petals and layering makes an entirely different flower? I love this art. The same fabric can be remade into dozens of pretty flowers.
