Being in the Walking City:

Due to the heat of the Walking City, Ih’u is constantly generating enough cold to keep himself from burning up. Because the rate at which he produces anima isn’t enough for him to constantly generate coldness from nothing, eventually he will run out of anima and die. Combat will quicken his anima depletion either from injury or having to create cosmic ice from nothing, as it does not exist in the Walking City.


Additional Information:

Ih’u is NOT made of water, and neither he nor cosmic ice will melt.
Cosmic ice is not a crystal and therefore cannot form into snow, only hail. Ih’u has never seen a snowflake before.
Cosmic ice is not cold, as it and coldness are two seperate elements.
The cosmic ice that makes up Ih'u isn't static and is constantly shifting its form, flowing off him similar to flames. It is more like physical energy, not matter.
Ironically, Ih’u can be damaged by regular ice and has no control over it.
Ih'u's coldness represents the entire range of negative temperature below absolute zero but not at or above it.
There is no limit to how cold he can make the temperature, although the colder he makes it the more effort is required.
Ih’u and the elements he controls have no mass, and therefore no weight.
Ih’u and the elements he controls can be burned, poisoned, conduct electricity, and are affected by magnetism.
Neither Ih’u nor the elements he controls are made of atoms. They cannot be broken down into any smaller components because they are already the smallest components.
When Ih'u speaks, it sounds almost like dubstep.
Ih'u's body is etheral (like a spirit), although his telekinetic aura allows him to interact with the physical world and be affected by it. He can't turn it off either.
Ih’u is able to see and interact with beings on all planes of existence (spirits, ghosts, deities, etc).
Those who can see/sense another's aura should probably not look at Ih'u.
Ih’u is not alive, or at least not in the same sense that we are.
Ih'u is more than a being with ice and cold powers, and he is not just made of them like an elemental would be. He IS his powers and his powers are him. Ih'u is ice and cold incarnate, contained inside a body. Therefore he can't lose his powers or have them taken away from him, because they are him.
